The Kinetic Fit App is a powerful tool that enhances your workout experience with Kinetic's Smart Trainers and other fitness equipment. It offers a range of features designed to cater to cyclists' needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. With workouts created by professional coaches, you can receive real-time guidance on your target power and cadence or enjoy a Free Ride. The app also provides accurate post-ride analysis to track your progress and integrates with your preferred fitness platform.

One of the strengths of the Kinetic Fit App is its real-time monitoring capabilities, which encompass over 50 data points. These include power metrics such as current, average, max, normalized, and rolling averages, as well as cadence, speed, distance, calories burned, heart rate stats, TSS, iFactor, Kcals, nPower, time in power and heart rate zones, session and lap durations, averages, and maximums.

In addition to its comprehensive monitoring features, the Kinetic Fit App offers several useful functionalities. There are professional training plans and power-zone based workouts to help structure your training sessions. The interactive real-time graphing feature enhances your workout experience by providing visual feedback. The app also automatically updates your FTP workout and training zone and allows you to customize the on-screen displays for a personalized workout. Other features include automatic laps during designed workouts, iOS Health integration, sharing workouts on popular training platforms, Dropbox uploads, exporting workout sessions in .fit format for compatibility with other devices or software, comprehensive workout history with lifetime stats, and trainer calibration for accurate power measurements.

All workout data can be seamlessly shared and synchronized with iOS Health for a more complete understanding of your activity. You can easily share speed, distance, heart rate, and calories burned.

By upgrading to a Kinetic Fit Smart Subscription, you gain access to even more benefits. This includes 30+ training plans, over 250 workouts, unlimited custom workouts, support for more hardware and modes on non-Kinetic gear, the ability to stream YouTube playlists and AppleTV Video support, additional analytics, unlimited workout displays, and more app features. Subscription management is simple through Apple's In-App Subscription, with monthly and quarterly plans available that offer savings for selecting the quarterly plan.

For compatibility, the Kinetic Fit App requires Bluetooth Low Energy, which is available on iPhone 4S and newer models, as well as iPad 3 and newer models.

The inRide sensor is compatible with Kinetic Road Machine and Kinetic Rock and Roll Trainers.

Payment for the Kinetic Fit App will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Your account will be automatically charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off. You can manage your subscription settings and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple Account Settings after purchase. Please note that any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
